Michael grew up on his grandparent’s farm, surrounded by thousands of chickens and neighbouring farms selling eggs, strawberries, pumpkins, blueberries, chicken, pork, and beef. Their large family would spend days picking berries, beans , and corn, then canning and freezing their harvests. As kids they were easily motivated to help out, knowing full well they were able to graze on whatever they were picking that day
